The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my active travel needs, with efficient early check-in that let me dive straight into exploring. The air-conditioned room came with all the comforts-free WiFi, a minibar, and even a LCD TV-to unwind after a busy day. The staff were super helpful, even with our language barrier, and I truly appreciated the on-site laundry facilities. Plus, the buffet breakfast was a delightful way to fuel up for my daily adventures! If you're looking for a place that balances comfort with accessibility in São Paulo, the Windsor Hotel could just be your home away from home.
